Beef dog Wangding - Chinese BBQ pork belly, cucumber, scallions.
Chicken dog Vinh - Banh mi style (pork pate, spicy aioli, cucumber, pickled carrot and daikon, jalapeno, and cilantro).
Both of these were from ASIADOG’s stand at Mad.Sq.Eats, the amazing outdoor market in Madison Square Park. They were absolutely delicious and really rank up there with some of the dogs from Hot Doug’s. So good.
